All riders must have exact change as quoted upon entering the bus. Drivers are not allowed to make change. ALL RIDERS MUST PAY.
No food, drinks, tobacco products, alcohol, controlled substances (drugs), or profanity will be used on the buses.
All riders must wear seat belts. It’s the law! Please remain buckled-in until the van comes to a complete stop.
All children four and under must be in a car seat provided by the parent or guardian.
All riders must be properly dressed and practice proper hygiene so that all riders have a pleasant experience.
There will be no doubling back for forgotten personal items.
Riders are not to change or add to destination once on the van. The pickup and drop off location should be the same.
Riders should be ready 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If the van must wait for 10 minutes, it will leave without you. This will count as a no show.
Riders must call to cancel an appointment prior to the pickup time or this will be considered a no show.
We have the right to suspend or discontinue service to riders.
Riders must be ambulatory, which means that they must be physically able to enter and exit the transit vehicle on their own or bring an escort to help them.
The driver will meet the wheelchair rider at the van, operate the wheelchair lift, and lock down the wheelchair.
The driver is not permitted to go inside a rider’s home, store, medical facility, or any other place with the rider.
Under no circumstances will any rider or relative of passenger be allowed to be abusive on the van. The result will be discontinued service for the person.
